The 2021-22 Croatian Ice Hockey League season was the 31st season of the Croatian Ice Hockey League, the top level of ice hockey in Croatia. KHL Sisak won the championship.
Regular season
First round International Hockey League points were fully retained. For the second phase, the games between Croatian clubs counted both in the IHL and in the championship, but as Sisak played the second phase at a higher level than the others, the following six matches had to be played specially for the national championship:
- 1/19: Medvescak - Sisak 4:3
- 2/7: Zagreb - Sisak 3:2
- 2/14: Mladost - Sisak 6:4
- 2/22: Sisak - Medevesack 7:0
- 3/3: Sisak - Zagreb 5:2
- 3/19: Sisak - Mladost 4:3 SO
