Ryszard Werner (February 29, 1912 - August 31, 1958) was a Polish hockey player. He appeared in six games for the Polish National Team at the 1933 World Championship, and later appeared in three matches at the 1939 tournament.
He spent his entire club career in Warsaw, playing for Legia Warszawa, AZS Warszawa, and KS Warszawianka.
