Lucjan "Ostoja" Kulej (November 26, 1896 - July 13, 1971 ) was a Polish hockey player who was a member of the Polish National Team at six major tournaments between 1926 and 1931.

At the club level, Kulej was a member of AZS Warszawa for his entire career. He co-founded the club. He served as a coach of the national team after retiring as an active player.
