Edmund Czaplicki (October 30, 1904 - 1940) was a Polish goaltender. He was a member of the Polish National Team at the European Championships in 1926 and 1927. Czaplicki was also a reserve goaltender at the 1928 Winter Olympics.
At the club level, Czaplicki played for AZS Warszawa. He died in 1940 during the German occupation of Poland.
