Alfonsas Kovas Macius (August 3, 1909 - January 17, 1993) was a Lithuanian goaltender. He was the starting goalie for the Lithuanian National Team at the 1938 World Championship, yielding a total of 27 goals.
Macius played club hockey for LGSF Kaunas.
