Harijs Vitolins (October 17, 1915 - July 29, 1984) was a Latvian hockey player. He was a member of the Latvian National Team at the 1939 World Championship, playing in two games.

At the club level, he played for ASK Riga from 1936-1944. Vitolins later joined Dinamo Riga in 1946.

He doubled as the playing-coach from 1951-1956. Following his retirement, he continued to coach Dinamo until 1975.
