Karlis Zlipauss (May 2, 1918) was a Latvian hockey player. He appeared in a total of 10 games for the Latvian National Team at the World Championships in 1938 and 1939, scoring two goals.

Zlipauss played club hockey for ASK Riga from 1935-1943. He was killed fighting in World War II.
