Otello D'Apollonia was an Italian hockey player. He scored one goal in three games for the Italian National Team at the 1939 World Championship.
D'Apollonia also competed as a member of the Italian team at the 1937 Winter Universitaires. He played club hockey for HC Diavoli Rossoneri Milano and AC Milanese DG.
He was born in Montreal, Quebec, Canada, to Italian parents.
