Franco Carlassare (born September 23, 1913) was a Italian hockey player. He was a member of the Italian National Team at the World Championships in 1935 and 1939, appearing in a total of four games.
He played for HC Milano from 1931-1933 and HC Diavoli Rossoneri Milano from 1933-1939.
