Akron Stars finished first, Lorain Super-Sohio second, Cleveland Mercurys third, and Cleveland Falcons fourth. Cleveland Heights and Elyria were also in the league. Akron-Mercurys and Lorain-Falcons were set to play in the semifinals on April 5. Lorain ended up winning the title, with the Mercurys finishing as the runners-up.
