1989–90 Women's Swedish Division 1 season

The 1989-90 Women's Swedish Division 1 season was the sixth season of the league. In addition to Division I, this season also saw Division II Stockholm with six teams and the Dala-Örebroligan (five teams), which did not seem to have been part of the national league system.
