Roman Kessler (born June 6, 1911) was a German hockey player who was a member of the German National Team at three World Championships between 1934 and 1938.

At the club level, Kessler played for EV Füssen and Düsseldorfer EG. He is a member of the German Hockey Hall of Fame.
