• 2/22: Quebec Crescents beat St. Lawrence
• 3/1: St. Lawrence - Quebec Emmetts 4:3

Crescents won and advanced to the 1912-13 Art Ross Cup Finals.

Junior League

• 1/9: Quebec Emmetts II - Montagnais 4:0
• 1/30: St. Lawrence - Quebec Sporting Association Forfeit - a QSA player threatened the judge of play, the latter ordering him off the ice. QSA left the ice in protest, and the match was awarded to St. Lawrence
• 2/13: Young Vigers - Montagnais 5:2
• 2/20: Quebec Sporting Association - Montagnais 7:2
• 2/28: St. Lawrence - Montagnais 3:2

St. Lawrence won.
