Erik Illuge Hedman (April 29, 1912 - December 26, 1986) was a Finnish hockey player. He was a member of the Finnish National Team at the 1939 World Championship, playing in four games.

Hedman played club hockey for HSK Helsinki (1935-1936), KIF Helsinki (1936-1945; 1949-1950), and TBK Tampere (1945-1946).
