Frederik Jacobus "Frits" Van der Vlugt (April 2, 1914 - February 9, 1935) was a Dutch hockey player. He played six games for the Dutch National Team at the 1935 World Championship.
At the club level, Van der Vlugt played for HYS The Hague.
He succumbed to pneumonia at the young age of 20 only two weeks after the 1935 World Championship. His funeral was attended by his teammates.
