Louis de Kadt (May 13, 1913 - August 10, 1942) was a Dutch hockey player. He played one game for the Dutch National Team at the 1935 World Championship.

At the club level, de Kadt played for the Haarlem-based Bloemendaal club.

Of Jewish origin, he was sent by the Nazis to the notorious Auschwitz concentration camp, where he was killed on August 10, 1942.
