Jan Kosek (January 11, 1914 - March 7, 1979) was a Czechoslovak hockey player. He played for the Czechoslovak National Team at the 1936 Winter Olympics and the 1937 World Championship. Kosek was also a reserve at the 1935 WC.

At the club level, he was a member of HOVS Praha, SK Slavia Praha, and AC Sparta Praha.
