Jaroslav Cisar (1913 - May 15, 1971) was a Czechoslovak hockey player who was a member of the Czechoslovak National Team at four World Championships between 1935 and 1939. He was also a reserve at the 1934 tournament, but did not play.

He spent his entire club career in Prague, most notably with the eminent LTC Praha.
