Tekapo, under Mr. B.N. Murray, traveled to the Blue Lakes to face Hermitage on the weekend of July 11/12. Tekapo roster: Mesdames B.N. Murray, W. Hamilton, Misses J.B. Willis, M. Farnsworth, Messrs Bruce Murray, W. Hamilton, G. Hunter-Weston, W. Bain, and G. Finlay.

  • Tekapo - Hermitage 10:1

A second game was also played, and Mr. Hunter-Weston's team, after a very fast and interesting game, won 6-4.

It was also reported that there was a match being arranged between South Canterbury and Naseby.[1]
