Jan Michalek (July 21, 1905 - December 27, 1990) was a Czechoslovak hockey player who played for the Czechoslovak National Team at seven major international tournaments.

Michalek began his club career with hometown team, SK Prostejov, but later went to Prague to play. He captained AC Sparta Praha in 1938-39.
