North Saskatchewan Hockey League

The North Saskatchewan Hockey League did not operate in 1908.

Eastern Saskatchewan Hockey League

Wapella was excluded from the league for refusing to pay default guarantees from the previous season, and Whitewood was not permitted to compete owing to the lowness and poor lighting of their rink.

Davidson withdrew from the North Central League on January 20, in response to a ruling stating that they would have to replay their victories against Girvin and Craik due to using an ineligible player.

Craik and Lumsden finished tied for first in the regular season, so two additional games were organized to decide the championship.
