The 2019-20 Lithuanian Hockey League season was the 29th season of the Lithuanian Hockey League, the top level of ice hockey in Lithuania. Four teams participated in the league, and the season was canceled due to the COVID-19 pandemic.

The remainder of the playoffs were canceled due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
