Detroit White Stars advanced to the 1933-34 United States National Senior Championship by virtue of finishing first. These championships were held during these playoffs.

Windsor Grand Trunk (as the Windsor MicMacs) & Chatham Maroons played in the Ontario Senior B Playoffs.

Amherstburg Pioneers played in the 1933-34 OHA Intermediate Playoffs.

Windsor Wanderers played in the 1933-34 OHA Junior A Season.
