Ronald Scott "Scotty" Milne (January 19, 1910 - September 26, 1984) was a British goaltender. He started all seven games in net for the British National Team at the 1935 World Championship. Milne was later the backup goalie at the 1937 tournament.
At the club level, he played in England from 1934-1937, before joining the Perth Black Hawks in Scotland for the 1937-38 season. Milne then moved to the Perth Panthers the following year.
Milne was born in Scotland but spent time in Canada growing up. He returned to Britain in 1934.
