Robert Thomas Leonard Rogers (April 9, 1908 - July 23, 1988) was a Canadian-born hockey player who played four games for the British National Team at the 1932 European Championship.

At the club level, he was a member of the Grosvenor House Canadians, Cambridge University, and the Wembley Canadians.

He served in the British Royal Corps of Engineers and fought with them in World War II.
