Final

  • 2/28: Vankleek Hill - Buckingham 2:1 OT @ Ottawa - Buckingham protested the game, claiming that Matte was not a legal resident of Vankleek Hill; they also protested the winning goal - Buckingham's protest was successful and the game was ordered replayed
  • 3/14: Buckingham - Vankleek Hill 3:1 @ Ottawa

Buckingham advanced to the 1912-13 Ottawa District Intermediate Playoffs.

Ottawa Valley Final

Vankleek Hill faced Russell, winners of the Russell County League, for the Rosenthal Cup.

  • 3/5: Vankleek Hill - Russell 5:4

After Vankleek Hill was ordered to replay the LOVL finals against Buckingham, and were defeated by them, Buckingham was supposed to face Russell for the Rosenthal Cup. Buckingham refused to play them, however, so the cup went to Russell.
