Montreal AAA won the cup by winning the Montreal City Hockey League over the defending champion Montreal Victorias.

Fourth Challenge

In December 1915 the New York St. Nicholas team, led by Hobey Baker challenged for the Art Ross Cup. They faced the Montreal Stars in a three-game series.

  • Montreal Stars 2 - New York St. Nicholas 2
  • Montreal Stars 2 - New York St. Nicholas 1

Series ended in draw, and as holders, Montreal retained the cup.
