Note: Montreal Hochelaga replayed a draw vs Montreal Garnets and won 2-1. Montreal Champetre replayed a draw vs Montreal Shamrocks and won 7-1.
Note: The league played tripleheaders on Monday nights at the Jubilee Arena, until February 10 when the league switched to the Montreal Arena.

Sudden death
Montreal Champetre was awarded the first Art Ross Cup and advanced to the 1912-13 Art Ross Cup Finals.
