Allan Cup Challenge
Note: University of Manitoba challenged for the Allan Cup. The trustees delayed in setting up a date for the University to play. Finally they arranged a date with a week's notice.
This was not enough time for the team to get to Toronto. Also the University was having trouble raising the money for the trip.
For these reasons the University of Manitoba withdrew its challenge.
