Leon Van Eeckhout (June 14, 1917 - August 17, 2008) was a Belgian hockey player. He played for the Belgian National Team at the World Championships on seven occasions between 1939 and 1956.

Van Eeckhout scored a total of six goals in 32 World Championship matches, including five in six games at the 1947 tournament. He spent his entire club career with Brussels IHC.
