Willy Van Rompaey (born March 24, 1911) was a Belgian hockey player. He played one game for the Belgian National Team at the 1930 World Championship and two games at the 1933 World Championship.

Van Rompaey played club hockey in Antwerp for Cercle des Patineurs Anversoises and Union des Patineurs Anversois. He played 30 minutes in goal against Romania at the 1933 WC. Hector Chotteau got hurt and the Belgians did not have a backup goalie on the roster.

He participated in the sailing events at the Summer Olympics in 1928 and 1948.
