Charles Marie Aloy Mulder (born July 1, 1897) was a Belgian hockey player. He played for the Belgian National Team at the European Championships in three consecutive years from 1924-1926, appearing in 10 games total.
Mulder was also a reserve player at the 1927 European Championship. At the club level, he played for Le Puck d'Anvers.
He was also a bobsledder who won the bronze in the four-man bobsleigh event at the 1924 Winter Olympics. He finished 16th in the four-man bobsleigh event at the 1928 Olympics.
