Henri Van den Bulcke (November 9, 1888 - April 4, 1954) was a Belgian hockey player and administrator.[1]

Van den Bulcke played for the Belgian National Team at the European Championships in 1911, 1913, and 1914.[2] He also took part in the 1912 LIHG Championship.

At the club level, he served as the captain of Brussels IHC, with whom he played his entire career for.

In 1912 he founded the Royal Belgian Ice Hockey Federation and acted as its first president until 1920.[3] During the same period he served as president of the International Ice Hockey Federation (for two separate terms).
