Peregrin Reginald "Regi" Spevak (February 21, 1898 - July 1959) was a Austrian hockey player. He played for the Austrian National Team at the European Championships in 1926, 1927, and 1929 (when he played in one game as a goaltender), and at the 1928 Winter Olympics.
At the club level, Spevak spent his entire career with Potzleinsdorfer SK.
