The 1970-71 Serie C season was the sixth recorded edition of the third-level Italian competition. SV Ritten won the championship.

Final round

The final round was played in Torre Pellice.

Semifinals

SSI Vipiteno - HC Valpellice 6:4
SV Ritten - Rencio 7:2

3rd place game

Rencio - HC Valpellice 5:2

Final

SV Ritten - SSI Vipiteno 12:1

Ritten was promoted to the Serie B.
