The 2002-03 Serbian Hockey League season was the 12th season of the Serbian Hockey League, the top level of ice hockey in Serbia. Five teams participated in the league, and HK Vojvodina Novi Sad won the championship.

Regular season

Club GP Pts
1. HK Vojvodina 16 30
2. KHK Crvena Zvezda 16 20
3. HK Novi Sad 16 19
4. HK Spartak Subotica 16 7
5. HK Partizan 16 3

KHK Crvena Zvezda was initially disqualified because it did not pay a small fee to the federation and registered five forfeits, one more than the allowed four.

Playoffs

Semifinals

The semifinals were initially held without the disqualified Crvena Zvezda. HK Novi Sad defeated Subotica, while Partizan forfeited their series with Vojvodina. Therefore, it was decided to reinstate Crvena Zvezda to face Vojvodina in the semifinal and restore the original regular season standings. As the playoffs had already begun, Crvena Zvezda and Vojvodina met despite being the top two teams from the regular season.
