VTJ Dukla Liberec was a military ice hockey club from Liberec, Czechoslovakia. They competed in the Czechoslovak 2. Liga from 1965-1969 and in the 1. Česká národní hokejová liga in 1969-70.

In 1970, the club became the official B-team of HC Dukla Jihlava, moved to Jihlava, and was renamed ASD Dukla Jihlava B. The squad moved to Pisek in 1978.
