SK Slavia Hradec Králové was a sports club based in Hradec Králové, Czechoslovakia, founded in 1921. The ice hockey section was established in the 1930s. In 1941, the club entered the 1.a division of the Orlické County Championship.

Slavia merged with Bruslařský klub Hradec Králové in 1945, creating BK Hockey Slavia Hradec Králové. After the communist takeover in December 1948, the club was integrated into Sokol VČE Hradec Králové.
