The 1991-92 Slovak Women's Hockey League season was the first season of the national women's competition in Slovakia, which was then still a part of Czechoslovakia. 10 teams participated in the league, and HKP Žilina won the championship.

Czechoslovak Championship

Žilina advanced to face TJ Lokomotiva Beroun for the Czechoslovak Championship.

  • Beroun - Žilina 12:3

Beroun won both games handily and became Czechoslovak champions.
