The Eastern Province Ice Hockey Association is a regional governing body responsible for organizing ice hockey events in the Eastern Cape Province of South Africa. It is affiliated with the South African Ice Hockey Association.
Port Elizabeth, the largest city in the Eastern Cape province, had a "thriving ice hockey scene" under the jurisdiction of the EPIHA until the closure of the city's sole rink at the Tramways building in the mid-1990s.
Ice hockey was recently revived in the city with the opening of the Baywest Mall ice rink in 2015, and the EPIHA re-emerged as well. The federation operates three divisions - senior men, women's and juniors. There are approximately 100 players registered with the association.
In April 2016, a cross-ice tournament was organized by the EPIHA. Six men's and four women's teams participated in the event.
