The 1911-12 NOHL season was the fifth and final season of the New Ontario Hockey League. It was contested by three teams and won by Port Arthur Lake City.

The North Stars dropped out of the league on February 15, so only games between Port Arthur and Schreiber counted for the championship.
Port Arthur Lake City then went on to defeat the Saskatoon Wholesalers 12-6 in a Stanley Cup qualifier, but declined to challenge for the cup itself.
