Hammarby Idrottsplats, Hammarby IP, also known as "Kanalplan", is a football stadium in Stockholm, Sweden. The current main tenant is the football team Hammarby IF DFF. The stadium has also been used to play bandy.

The stadium was officially opened by Gustaf VI Adolf, at the time the crown prince of Sweden in 1915.

It formerly hosted ice hockey events between 1921 and 1931 and was home to Hammarby IF.
