The Billingham Forum is a sports and leisure complex that contains a swimming pool, an ice rink, and a number of sports halls. The complex also houses the Forum Theatre. It is located in Billingham, England.[1] It was officially opened by the Queen on October 19, 1967.

It was refurbished from 2009 to 2011. The rink currently plays host to the Billingham Stars. It is also known as the TFM Radio Ice Arena.
