Alexander "Bug" Hugar (born July 4, 1912) was a Romanian hockey player. He played in four games for the Romanian National Team at the 1938 World Championship, scoring one goal.

He was born and raised in Canada. Hugar came to Romania in 1937 and spent the season with Telefon Club Bucharest.
