Paul Jeresinsky (also referred to as Josef Jeresinsky) was a Romanian hockey player who was a member of the Romanian National Team at the 1931 World Championship, appearing in one game.

At the club level, Jeresinsky played for hometown clubs Jahn Cernauti and Dragos Voda Cernauti throughout his career.
