Hokejski Klub Kranjska Gora (English: Hockey Club Kranjska Gora), commonly referred to as HK Kranjska Gora or simply Kranjska Gora, was an ice hockey team in Kranjska Gora, Slovenia. The club played in both the Yugoslav Ice Hockey League and the Slovenian Ice Hockey League.
History
The club was founded in 1961 and first participated in the Yugoslav Ice Hockey League the following year. The team participated in the Yugoslav Ice Hockey League until 1988, when financial issues caused the team to drop out of the league. Kranjska Gora then entered a partnership with HK Acroni Jesenice, operating as their farm team to develop youth players.
During the 1998-99 season, HK Jesenice encountered financial problems, and its management elected to form their own club for youth development, HD Mladi Jesenice.
HK Kranjska Gora played in the Slovenian Hockey League from the 1996-97 season until it folded after the 2005-06 season.
