EIHL seasons

The 2015-16 Elite Ice Hockey League season was the 13th season of the Elite Ice Hockey League. The regular season began in early September and ended in March.

On 30 April 2014, the Elite League announced changes to the import rules, as from this season (2015–16), the number of non British-trained players would rise from 12 to 13, but the amount of work-permit player will remain at 11. The number of non British-trained players will rise to 14 in the season 2016-17, with the amount of work-permit players again remaining at 11.
