The 2010 ECSL season was the ninth season of the East Coast Super League. Six teams participated in the league, and the Penrith Raptors won the championship.

Playoffs
The Penrith Raptors defeated the Sting in the final to win the title. The Central Cost Rhinos and the Newcastle North Stars lost in the semifinals.
