The 2009-10 English National Ice Hockey League season was the 14th season of the league. 36 teams participated in the league, and the Whitley Warriors won the Northern Group (regular season and playoffs) while the Invicta Dynamos claimed the Southern Group regular season and the Bracknell Hornets won the playoffs.
