The 2004-05 Malaysian Ice Hockey League season was divided into Division 1, Division 2, and Division 3 leagues.

It was also known as the KHAS Ice Hockey League.

Division 1

  • League champions: Kuala Lumpur Inferno Ice
  • Cup champions: Kuala Lumpur Inferno Ice
  • Runner-up: Beavers
  • Best defender (local): Hanif Mahmood (Inferno Ice)
  • Best defender (expatriate): Janne Haapalainen (Beavers)
  • Best forward (local): Gary Tan (Wildcats)
  • Best forward (expatriate): Brent McNeil (Inferno Ice)
  • Best goalie: Peter Karlsson (Inferno Ice)

Division 2

  • League champions: Metro Stars
  • Runner-up: Barracudas

Division 3

  • League champions: Lucky Shots
  • Runner-up: Bladers
